Cosumnes River College turned a competitive first half into a runaway victory on November 22, using a dominant second-half performance to roll past Lassen 76–44. After taking a slim one-point lead into the break, the Hawks flipped the switch defensively and offensively, outscoring Lassen 44–25 over the final two quarters to put the game away.
Aletha Singleton powered the Hawks off the bench with a game-high 20 points, attacking the rim and converting a perfect 8-for-8 at the free-throw line. Charisse Echano added 16 points and six assists, controlling the tempo and igniting transition opportunities, while Peyton Thorpe delivered a physical presence inside with 13 points and nine rebounds.
Cosumnes River dominated the glass with a 45–29 rebounding advantage and forced Lassen into tough shots all night, holding the visitors to just 22.4 percent shooting.
