The Hawks controlled the game from the opening tip, jumping out to a 24–5 lead after the first quarter and never looking back, outscoring the Vikings in all four periods.
Zakara Cooper led all scorers with a sensational performance, pouring in 28 points on 9-of-14 shooting while knocking down eight three-pointers. Cooper also filled up the stat sheet with seven assists and five steals, fueling Cosumnes River's explosive offense and relentless defensive pressure. Peyton Thorpe added 14 points and nine rebounds, while Ariel Bailey chipped in 14 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and three steals in a strong all-around effort.
The Hawks controlled the paint and the glass throughout the night. Fifita Grewe was dominant off the bench, scoring 14 points on 6-of-10 shooting and pulling down seven rebounds. Aletha Singleton finished with 10 points, nine rebounds, three assists, and three steals, and Kymberly Hartman added seven rebounds to help anchor the interior.
Cosumnes River's depth proved overwhelming, as 11 Hawks saw action and multiple players contributed across the board. The Hawks finished with a commanding 63–30 rebounding advantage, forced 28 turnovers, and recorded 20 steals while holding Diablo Valley to just 24.1 percent shooting from the field.
